WORKING ON THE CHAIN GANG

I'm back at it this morning.

Sitting at my machine, my cutting table is over my left shoulder.


Here's the view from my pressing station.  It's a beautiful day in Upper Michigan, (yooper land) - supposed to reach 80 degrees this afternoon.  But it's really windy, so I'm not tempted to play outside too long today.  The waves are really whipping up on Whitefish Bay in the background.

I used to think I should have set my sewing machine up under the window.  But it makes me get up and move around more this way, which is much better for you, LOL!

  2. Wonderful sewing room and an Awesome view...I would never leave that room except for hot tea, chocolate,and sleep :) Come to think of it...I think I would just move a bed in there and sleep there too LOL

  3. What a lovely view. This would be a great place to sew. The UP is such a beautiful place. I will be up in Garden, then to Iron River in 2 weeks. Can't wait.

  6. LOVE your creation-station! Windows, a fab view, lazy-Susan cutting board... OMGoodness but you have everything! Me a tad jealous. LOL

    I like your idea of walking to the ironing board... I do that too for the same reason. I'd sit for hours and not move! lol
