"STITCHING MENDS MY SOUL"

NO AFFILIATION

Do you own this light?  I've had mine for a while now.  I use it to take with me for hand stitching.  I like good lighting, and sometimes at guild or a retreat (or even a friend's house) the lighting leaves something to be desired.  Especially if you are working on dark colors.  It works great for stitching.

However, the other night, our power went out.  That's a common occurrence in Upper Michigan when it's windy.  My husband grabbed a flashlight, and I grabbed this.  Oh my!  What a difference.

Mine has a clip so I clipped it on and it was like walking around in daylight.  I sat down to read, and it was like reading in daylight.  Amazing!  I've never used it in total darkness before.  It was great!

I was accused of having yuppie light!

Guess who wants one now?  Yup, the guy wielding the flashlight!  Coupon commotion at JoAnn's, and he's all set:)

Wait a minute....are you telling me you clipped it on your head like a coal miner? I have a friend who reads like that at night and I can never look at her with a straight face when she shines that light from her forehead straight into my eyes! LOL!

I have two Ott lights, both from Joann's. The first, and larger, I purchased for knitting and crocheting in my living room. But, when I bought my first RV - a Toyota Dolphin - 3 years ago, I purchased a second Ott, kind of a table lamp with a rechargeable battery. I love it and now keep it charged at all times and move it around my new (to me) Fleetwood Flair. The brightness and clarity of the light can not be beat. I haven't seen one like in the photo - need to check that out.

Yup. I sure do. Love it. Sometimes place it inside the harp/arm area of SM for extra light when top stitching. Works like a charm. Keep on in my travel sewing kit.

and the other for John and group to Canada fishing....

great - bright light ..Clips nice to neckline of shirt or jacket...on head not necessary... but possible on a sunvisor type open top of head type..(or,one might wish to clip to a very stiff, strong headband if going mining.....
